Directions:

From the NORTH:
Take Route 41 south to Deerpath Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Deerpath Rd. Go approximately 1/2 mile west and the entrance to the ground of Lake Forest Hospital will be on your right; turn onto the grounds of the hospital and follow the signs to the 900 building. Either valet park your car or park in the lot directly in front of the building. We are located in Suite 106 of the 900 building.

From the SOUTH:
Take Route 41 north to Deerpath Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Deerpath Rd. Go approximately 1/2 mile west and the entrance to the ground of Lake Forest Hospital will be on your right; turn onto the ground of the hospital and follow the signs to the 900 building.
