Melanie Goodell, M.D.

Dr. Goodell has been a member of the practice since 1992. She grew up in Michigan, where she attended Michigan State University before receiving her Medical Degree from Wayne State University. Dr. Goodell completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency atWylers Children’s Hospital (now Comer Children’s Hospital at the University of Chicago), where she served as Chief Resident from 1991-1992.

Dr. Goodell stays busy reading, gardening, and raising her two daughters with her husband Bill, a Pediatric Hematologist. She is an active member of the Women’s Group at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Lake Forest. They live in Lincolnshire with their schnoodle, Cubby.
