Diane Fondriest, M.D.Dr. Fondriest is a founding member of Lake Shore Pediatrics. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Michigan, and completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 1984. |

Dr. Fondriest served as Chairperson of the Department of Pediatrics at Lake Forest Hospital from 2000 – 2004 and before that was Chairperson of the Department of Pediatrics at Good Shepherd Hospital in 1987. She has also served as a Board Member at the Lake Forest Health and Fitness Institute from 1997-2002. Dr. Fondriest was named as one of Chicago’s “Top Kids Docs” by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd in 2010. She is the Managing Partner at Lake Shore Pediatrics.
Dr. Fondriest lives in Lake Forest with her husband Jim, a dentist and prosthodontic specialist. She has two children and is active in her church choir. Interests include cooking, gardening, travel, and walking her beagle, Maggie.
